PT DH Power, a group company of PT Darma Henwa Tbk, in collaboration with the international partners. produces and supplies electricity and alternative energy, such as coal-to-liquid/ coal-to-gas/ upgraded brown coal to power utilities and industries.

DH Power is currently seeking Indonesian professionals to fill following positions at Headquarter in Jakarta.

1. Chief Operation Officer (Project Management) (Code: COO)
Responsible for construction and operation of power stations.

2. Chief Technology Officer (Engineering, Construction, O & M) (Code: CTO)
Directs engineering, construction, operation and maintenance as well as research & development.

3. Chief Commercial Officer (Business Development) (Code: CCO)
Coordinates business development with partners and clients.

4. Chief Legal Counsel/ Head of External Affairs (Code: CLC/HE)
Leads corporate legal/external affairs, environment, safety/occupational health as well as human resources.

5. Chief Risk Officer/ Chief Governance Officer (Code: CRO/CGO)
Develop policies and direct application of good corporate governance and risk minimization as well as to coordinate procurement/ outsourcing

6. Corporate Secretary (Code: CS)
Manages internal/ external business communications.

7. Human Resources Manager (Code: HRM)
Coordinates recruitment, compensation/ benefits, manpower plan, training & development and industrial relations.

URGENTLY REQUIRED
T.D. Williamson Asia Pacific (TDW) is an established and reputable Company providing unique specialty services and products to the Oil and Gas Industry. If you meet the requirements, we have excellent job opportunity for you based in Jakarta, Indonesia reporting to the Service Center Manager/Supervisor for the following positions:

Technicians (Hot Tapping & Plugging)

You Shall be Responsible:
• In scheduling and coordinating hot tapping and plugging (HT&P) work with customers
• To operate and supervise the handling, assembling, disassembling and operating of TDW HT & P equipments during field operations
• To update, maintain and comply to all company and industrial safety procedures and standards
• To maintain and repair all working equipments
• To write and submit relevant reports of each HT & P assignment upon completion on the equipment performance and related data.

You should have:
• GCE 0 Level or equivalent with a Technical Certificate in Hydraulics/Mechanical Engineering
• Three (3) years and above of working experience as Technician in similar industry or relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate to people of different nationalities and different professions relating to work
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking
• A commercial driving licence
• A strong physique as the job may require to carry equipments up to 100 lbs

Technicians (In Line Inspection - ILD)

You Shall be Responsible:
• To operate and supervise the handling, assembling, disassembling and operating of TDW ILI equipments during field operations
• To perform Geometry and Magnetic Field Leakage Inspection work assignments
• To anaylse if field data obtained is acceptable based on standards or if re-run is required.
• To maintain and adhere to all company and industrial safety procedures and standards and conduct safety inspections and surveys in accordance with the established quality control for all assignments
• To perform routine and preventative maintenance on survey instruments (mechanical or electronic) for optimal field performance
• To assist in the development and testing of equipments for better tool performance
• To inspect equipments and materials and thereafter make better recommendations and procurement of the equipments and materials for improvements.

You should have:
• A Technical Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
• Three (3) years and above of working experience as Technician in similar industry or relevant field.
• Experience and knowledge in corrosion engineering (will be an added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate to people of different nationalities and different professions relating to work
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking
• A commercial driving licence
• Experience in Project Managing with supervisory skills

Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry for all the above positions is a definite advantage.
